This is an adaptation of "dole whips". Which are sold at Disney world, I guess. I've never tried them but I saw it on pinterest and thought I'd try them for myself. They are a yummy summer treat.
What you'll need:
2 cans crushed pineapple (20 oz)
Sugar
Heavy cream (1 pint)
Vanilla
Canned Whipped Cream
1. In a blender, whip the heavy cream, a dash of sugar, and a dash of vanilla until whipped. Put in bowl and set aside.
2. In the same blender , blend the pineapple and some sugar until smooth and you have it as sweet as you like. Fold the whipped cream and pineapple mixture together carefully.
3. Place in freezer, stirring occasionally until it's very cold.
4. Place in glass and top with more whipped cream.
Enjoy!
What Alyssa Made For Dinner!
This is my way of sharing my recipes with my friends, family, and myself! A few of my dishes are incredibly homemade and delicious, but truthfully most of them are semi-homemade. I love to find ways of putting together a meal fast, using very little ingredients. I often find a recipe I like online and I try and find a way to shorten the list of ingredients by using other store-bought things. I hope you love them!

Italian Chicken Supreme
My new favorite chicken dish. It's so easy and packed full of flavor. This one is sure to please!
What you'll need:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Pesto Sauce (I use Butoni)
Parmesan Cheese
A Sliced Tomato
Some Mild Banana Pepper Rings (don't be afraid of these. They aren't hot)
Mozzarella Cheese
1. Place chicken breasts in a dish and cover with pesto. Make sure both sides are completely covered. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 400 for 20 mins.
2. Add sliced tomatoes, banana peppers, and mozzarella cheese to the tops of the chicken and place back in the oven for an additional 10 mins or until the cheese is melty and a little brown on top.

Our Steak Marinade
This is a steak marinade we've been using for a while. Four simple ingredients, one yummy steak.
What you'll need:
A cup of Italian Dressing
A few tablespoons of Liquid Smoke
A few tablespoons of Soy Sauce
A few tablespoons of Worsceshire Sauce
1. We use ribeye steaks. We poke holes generously in them and then we add them to a large ziplock bag. Dump in these four ingredients and let marinade as long as you like in the fridge.
2. Prior to grilling, leave your steaks out for twenty minutes to take the chill off. This makes a more evenly cooked steak. Sprinkle the steaks with Montreal Steak Seasoning to help it get a little crusty. Grill, turning only once. And there you have it!
